この論文募集のお知らせは、プロセス産業に関連する全ての方にご案内しています。 半導体デバイスメーカーの前工程のみならず、後工程及び、LCDやPVなどのプロセス産業のコンテンツに深く関わっている装置メーカー、 ソフトウエアベンダ、センサー・メトロロジサプライヤなどで従事される皆様を始め多くの投稿をお待ちしています。 変化の激しい時期だからこそ、しっかりした技術の議論をしませんか。

Online Submission
- AEC/APC Symposium Asia 2011の論文投稿は全てオンライン投稿となります。投稿論文は必ずA4サイズ2ページで提出して下さい。
- 投稿論文は英語表記と日本語表記の選択が可能です。但し、日本語表記の場合でも論文タイトルは英語表記が必要です。また、論文が採択された場合、9/22（水）までに英文アブストラクトをご提出頂きます。
- 1ページ目に最大で英語の場合1000 words、日本語の場合フォント10.5ポイントでテキスト文を纏めて下さい。2ページ目に英・日どちらの場合でもデータ、図表、グラフ、写真を含めて下さい。補助資料は必須となります。
