The notification of abstract acceptance of AEC/APC Symposium Asia 2021 is schedule to be sent to the authors on August 24th, 2021.

All speakers are required to confirm your participation as a speaker by the due date. Your participation at AEC/APC Symposium Asia 2021 will not be confirmed until you click the confirmation button. In case that you need to communicate with us, please contact aecapc_2021@semiconportal.com.

Abstract on the website and proceedings

Accepted abstract will be posted to Website and included in the proceedings.
If you do NOT agree to post you submitted abstract to AEC/APC Symposium Asia 2021 Website and include into the proceedings, please contact to aecapc_2021@semiconportal.com by August 30, 2021.

2. Speaker Registration: Friday, September 17, 2021

All speakers are required to register at AEC/APC SYMPOSIUM ASIA2021 by Friday, September 17, 2021.
If speaker registration will not be done by the due date, it will be regarded as you decline the acceptance.
If you have any reason that you cannot make it by the deadline, please contact to AEC/APC Symposium Asia Secretariat.
The payment should be settled with Credit card.

Select "Speaker" and register. Do not forget to input your paper number.
The fee is 20,000JPY.
For student speakers, the fee is free of charge. Select gStudenth and register.
Note: Need to register with the school email address, not with free mail such as Gmail and Yahoo etc.

3. Slides for Distribution (Proceedings) and Publication Permission Form Due: Friday, October 15, 2021

Data for Distribution (Proceedings)

This data will be distributed by online download style.

Create slides in Power Point file and convert in PDF file to submit.

Publication Permission Form

Due to the distribution proceedings included submitted abstracts, final presentations, all speakers are required to complete and return the Publication Permission Form. Please submit it same timing as presentations submission.
If you think that you will have a problem with the submission deadline, please contact us immediately.

Please refrain to make further update or change your presentation since AEC/APC Symposium Asia 2021 will provide simultaneous interpretation service.
It is very important for interpreters to hold exactly same hardcopy materials of your presentation.
Your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated.

Pre-recorded presentation video with slides (MP4 format)

All speakers are requested to submit the Pre-recorded presentation video with slides.
Please refrain to make further update or change your presentation since AEC/APC Symposium Asia 2021 will provide simultaneous interpretation service and prepare for the virtual platform.
Your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated.

Please keep the duration of the video within 15mins.
Upload the file to Drop Box by Friday, October 22, 2021
Please use the following naming convention XXXX.mp4, where XXXX is your paper ID (example: APC-001.mp4).

Note:
- You can choose the camera ON or OFF during the presentation video as you prefer.
  One of the ways to create your video, you can create your presentation video through PowerPoint file.
- Please continue to record (without further speaking) for an additional 3?5 seconds at the conclusion of your presentation to ensure nothing is cut-off at the end of your video during playback when your video is integrated into the web platform.

1. Open your Power Point Presentation
2. Select Slide Show and then select Record Slide Show
3. Select Record from the beginning
4. When you are ready, select Record and start speaking.
5. When you done, save your presentation ton select File and Save as "MPEG4" Format.

Formatting Guideline and Online Submission Process

A. Formatting Guideline

AEC/APC will distribute the proceedings by online download style approximately a week before the symposium.
Please keep into your mind ensuring the legibility from the back of the room and make good contrast between background and text.
Please remove confidential markings from any template that you use.

Font Arial
Font size for titles: 44~48, for text: 28~32
Alignment Landscape
Maximum 20 pages (included a cover)
Items should be included into the cover page
- Presentation title
- Presenter's detail information (Name, Affiliation, Title, e-mail address)
- Abstract area and ID (e.g. FD-O-999)

B. Data Online Submission Process

Please submit your data from the following URLs;

If we cannot receive the data by due date, your presentation will not include in the symposium proceedings and you will be removed from the agenda. Please contact immediately if you think that you will have a problem with the submission deadline.

C. Special Remarks

All information presented at this symposium will be regarded as non-confidential. Presentations may not contain Confidential or proprietary information. No material leveled confidential or proprietary will be presented or included in the proceedings.

Information for Speakers

Official Language
The official language of AEC/APC Symposium Asia 2021 is English.
Simultaneous interpretation service between English and Japanese will be provided during the Tutorial session and the Technical Session.
Assigned speaking time
You will be given 20 minutes for your presentation.
15 minutes=presentation (Pre-Recorded Video), 5 minutes=questions and answers(LIVE)
