2013 IEEE International Interconnect Technology Conference (IITC)
Sponsorship/Exhibit Opportunity
We hope that you will be able to join us again this year at the International Interconnect Technology Conference 2013. Many of you have participated in the conference since 1998, and we truly appreciate your continued participation. The 2013 Conference will be held in Japan again at the Kyoto Research Park (KRP), Kyoto on June 13-15.
This year, the Conference Committee has prepared three sponsor levels which depend on the number of lots, where one lot is 200,000 JPY. Every sponsor can have one or two spans of the booth and can have a supplier seminar. Please refer to the following table for the levels and benefits. All sponsors will be listed in the proceedings and web page in appreciation of the support and will either be thanked at the beginning of the technical sessions or be posted in the IITC conference hall.
