Registration Fee includes;
Admission to all technical sessions, exhibition booths, and a copy of proceeding/CD-ROM.
All speakers are requested to register by April 10, 2013 at the
IITC speaker registration website.
*One registration covers one paper only.
Payment Methods
By Credit Card
VISA, MASTER, American Express and JCB card are acceptable only. Credit card payment is only available on-line. After completing your on-line registration and the payment, you will receive a confirmation message from the IITC 2013 Secretariat which includes your registration number and other information regarding the registration, via e-mail. If you do not receive the message within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat at iitc_2013@semiconportal.com or +81-3-356-3566 (fax).
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the Conference Secretariat by May 20, 2013. Please note that refund will be made after the Conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below. No refund for speakers.
