- The Symposium Registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, receptions and a copy of the meeting proceedings on CD.
- Payment for individual rate must be made by credit card only. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and JCB are available.
- For Student Registration (Student ID will be required to show on site).
- For group rate application, please fill out a group rate form and send it back to the secretariat.
Note:
- Rate increase will take effect at 5 PM (Japan time) on above mentioned date.
- In case of cancellation, no refund will be available. Substitutions will be recommended and will be accepted at anytime, even at the door.
